1. Where do I start?
You can start with any chapter. Once you've selected a chapter, click on the tabs from left to right.
2. Why is my key changing color?
The color in the key shows how much of the chapter is completed.
3. What are the yellow "progress" tabs showing me?
Each progress bar displays the name of the puzzle and indicates the extent of your progress for that puzzle.
4. I'm having problems opening a page or the chapter!

5. What if I played the game offline?
You may click on the treasure tab for the particular chapter and submit your final answer.
6. Can I submit the final answer without answering every question?
You may click on the treasure tab for the particular chapter and submit your final answer.
7. What does "barking up the wrong tree" mean?
That means your answer was incorrect.
8. Nothing happens when I click a button.
Make sure your pop-up blockers are off.
9. How will I be contacted if I win?
If you are selected, we'll call the phone number you provided when you registered.
10. Can there be multiple accounts and winners per household?
We encourage multiple players in one house. Just remember that each account requires a separate e-mail address.
