Victoria Clark from Bonaire, Georgia, was awarded a $3,000 CVS Health/ThanksUSA scholarship to continue a Pharmaceutical Sciences major at the University of Georgia. The daughter of an active-duty Air Force Colonel, Victoria is humbled to be able to attend UGA and work towards a rewarding career. “The field of pharmacy is always changing and will push me to continue learning even after I have earned my degree.” |
In addition to her pharmaceutical sciences major, Victoria is fine tuning leadership skills through campus and community organizations. She has joined the Pandora Yearbook Photo Staff, serves as Internal Affairs Chair of the Homecoming Committee, and is a member of Shop With a Bulldawg, the student-led non-profit organization that brings joy to area children during the holidays. After graduating from the UGA College of Pharmacy, Victoria hopes to work for a pharmaceutical company or at a pharmacy. Eventually, she would love to open her own pharmacy practice to serve the local community. |
“I would like to thank all that were so generous as to make the CVS Health/ThanksUSA scholarship possible. It's encouraging to know that so many people support the sacrifices of military personnel and their families. I appreciate the opportunity to continue my education so that one day I may give back to the community.” |
