To all who played: The ThanksUSA team appreciates your participation in ThanksUSA's third annual American History Treasure Hunt. CONGRATULATIONS to the winners.

We have, when authorized by the winner, included information about their family and their experience in playing ThanksUSA's Third Annual American History Treasure Hunt.

School/Youth Group Winners

$1,000 Gift Certificate

Debra Leventry, a Student Council teacher at Cathedral Catholic Academy, in Johnstown, PA, and her students won a $1,000 gift certificate for successfully completing treasure hunt chapter One, which focuses on the history of the state of Iowa.

Kimberly Diezel, the head teacher at Diezel Homeschool, in Mebane, NC, and her 7th grade class won a $1,000 gift certificate for successfully completing treasure hunt chapter Two, which focuses on the history of the state of Kentucky.

Karen Poston, the head teacher at Poston Homeschool, in Hagerstown, MD, and her 3rd grade class won a $1,000 gift certificate for successfully completing treasure hunt chapter Three, which focuses on the history of the state of New Mexico.

Arlene Feix, from Wichita, TX, and her Youth Group, JOYSKIDS, won a $1,000 gift certificate for successfully completing treasure hunt chapter Four, which focuses on the history of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Here is a picture me with the $1000 Gift Certificate for Staples, that we won in Youth Group Chapter 4. We have used the money on new monitors and and all in one printer for our group. We will all be playing again in the next TH2009. Thanks for all you do for the Military and their families. We are proud to be a part of your treasure hunt each year. We have several kids that played as individuals, as well as group. We are excited to see the names of the individual winners too. We would like to say "Congratulations" to all the Winners!
